Newburgh Engineering, based in Yorkshire, has secured a contract to produce engine components for the Perkins Engines Company. Newburghs Rotherham, Yorkshire site won the contract after completing Perkins supplier tendering process. Matthew Jewitt is the Commercial Manager.

Engineering company Damper Technology is opening an Indian subsidiary. The company will subcontract manufacturing to a company in Bangalore until a manufacturing facility can be purchased or built. Mark Hancock is managing director of Damper, which employs 20 people in Ilkeston, Derbyshire.

As part of its business development strategy, finishing equipment manufacturer Morgana Systems Ltd has entered into a distribution deal with Vivid Laminating Technologies which will allow it to provide a complete finishing package to digital vendors.
