Triosgroup, the Stoke-based property maintenance firm, has increased its turnover by 16%, from GBP 37.4m to 43.2m. The company has also hired 62 new staff, taking its total workforce to 550, a rise of 12.7%. Further jobs are now expected as the firm continues its expansion. Company Secretary Bruce Swayne.

London based British Land, has invested GBP 45m in the expansion of Glasgow Fort Retail Premises. Contractors have started work on the construction project which could create 500 jobs. 5 New retail units and 1 restaurant are being added to the site.
