Updated 1st Jan 2012 -  UK Turnover in the Media, Publishing & Entertainment sector companies monitored has risen by 3% to £97.7bn in the past accounting year. Profits have increased by 10% to approximately £9.2bn.  Employee numbers have decreased by 1% to a total of 514,820 people over the year, but over the past 3 years has increased by 12%.
