Updated 1st May 2013  -  UK Turnover in the Aerospace and Defence sector companies monitored has fallen 2% in the past accounting year to reach £45.6bn, while profits have fallen by 1% to £5.6bn.  Employee numbers have declined by 3% in the period to 343,328 people.  Across the past three years turnover in the sector has risen at a rate of 4% whilst employee numbers have decreased by 16%.
