18 May 2012£1.5m office refurbishment - Work starting August 2012Landlord Kames Capital is to embark on a £1.5m refurbishment of an office block in Manchester city centre. The work will begin in August and be completed by December 2012. Project management practice Powell Williams will manage the project. John Benham is an assistant fund manager at Kames.
